CANCELLED - RRWC Quarterly Meeting - October 26 at 7:00 PM at Rocky River Nature Center

Due to a variety of factors, including a conflict with World Series Game 2, the RRWC Quarterly Public Meeting scheduled for this Wednesday, October 26, 2016 has been cancelled.  We are attempting to reschedule our Speaker, Tom Allen of Trout Unlimited Ohio, for a future date.  Thank you.

Girls Scout Troop 90502 Cleans Up Brunswick Lake

Brunswick Girl Scout Troop 90502 and their families are back at it again! This time, the girls and their loved ones removed three, full-size garbage bags packed with trash and litter from the Brunswick Lake and the trail surrounding it in honor of World Thinking Day and to help further the Brunswick Stream Team coalition’s efforts.

Assessing Streambank Erosion in Baldwin Creek

This summer Cuyahoga Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD) performed streambank erosion assessments in the Baldwin Creek subwatershed to prioritize erosion prevention projects. The work was supported by a Great Lakes Commission grant that will help prevent sedimentation in the Rocky River watershed.

Rocky River Watershed Council Public Meeting and Coe Creek Restoration Tour

Join us at 6:00PM for outdoor tour on the ongoing Coe Creek Stream Stabilization project. Weather appropriate clothing and shoes, please.
