Healey Creek

Healey Creek drains 5 square miles of Brunswick, Brunswick Hills Township, Hinckley Township and North Royalton before discharging to the Rocky River’s East Branch near Cady Rd. in North Royalton.  While land use in the watershed as a whole is largely forest and grassland, residential and commercial development is concentrated in the headwaters area.  For example, land use upstream of West 130th St. is 53% developed, and the uppermost 1 square mile is over 74% developed.
